Full-Time, 5 days on-site

About Us: Join our dynamic and growing construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with excellence and integrity. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant with QuickBooks experience to join our finance team and play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Enter and manage accounts payable transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and vendors to address payment inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing activities and provide supporting documentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related role
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
