We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about holistic, non-narcotic care and enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Position Overview
The NP or PA will evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain, neuropathy, and functional medicine-related conditions while collaborating closely with providers and clinical staff. This role emphasizes patient education, lifestyle-based interventions, and evidence-informed therapies.
